Due to differences in monitor settings, screen resolutions, and lighting during product photography, the actual color or texture of an item may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. These minor variations are natural and do not qualify as valid reasons for exchange or return. We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

 

We accept returns or exchanges only in cases where the item received has a verified manufacturing defect or if an incorrect product was shipped. To request a return or exchange, customers must contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the order and provide clear images showing the issue. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for processing.

 

All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging. Once the claim is reviewed and approved, an exchange for an item of equal value will be offered. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return processing may take up to two weeks, and if a refund is approved, it may require additional billing cycles before the amount appears on your statement.
